John Jenkins - Chairman

John's experience includes thirty five years as an executive in Corporate America. Most recently as Senior Vice President, Global Operations for Polaroid with accountability for a $1.2B budget with 6,000 employees in six countries. John's responsibilities covered manufacturing, financial management, global procurement, HR, operations, and logistics and services. John holds JD, a MBA and a BA degree.

Jerry Sanders - President / CEO

Jerry has spent the last twenty-five years of corporate experience in senior positions spanning finance, operations, marketing and sales. His background includes positions at United Technologies and Siemens Energy and Automation where he served as Vice President of Business Development. Jerry has earned a MBA and a BS degree.

Gwendolyn Jenkins - Chief Marketing & Operations Officer

Gwen spent the first twenty years of her corporate career in the telecom industry in marketing, sales and operations. The most recent ten years has been in the entrepreneurial in senior management marketing and operational roles. Gwen holds a MBA and a BS degree.

Kel Ritter - Executive Vice President Marketing/Sales

Kel has over thirty years corporate experience in senior management positions. Most recently he was Senior Vice President-Marketing for Aetna U.S. Healthcare (now Aetna). During that period he was responsible for increasing the revenue of his accounts from $40M to over $1B annually. Kel's prior management experiences were with AT&T and what is now Verizon Communications. Kel holds a MBA and BS degree.
